Lilador’s Sleep-Guaranteed Refund Policy
At Lilador, we are dedicated to helping babies (and their parents!) enjoy peaceful, uninterrupted sleep. We truly believe in the comfort and effectiveness of our products, and we recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re still not satisfied after 14 days, you’re covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply reach out to us at support@lilador.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Changed Your Mind? Let Us Know Within 24 Hours
We process orders quickly to get your little one sleeping soundly as soon as possible! If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in processing and we won’t be able to modify it. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we’ll issue a full refund within 7 business days.
30-Night Sleep Trial – No Stress, No Worries
We’re confident your baby will love their Lilador product, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we encourage you to use it for at least 14 nights to experience its full benefits. If after that time you still feel it’s not the right fit, you may return it anytime within 30 days for a refund.

Damaged Item? We’ll Make It Right
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@lilador.com with a clear photo of the damage.
📌 Please Note: Minor dents or scuffs to packaging do not qualify as product damage. A replacement will be provided only if the actual product is broken or defective. We cannot replace or refund items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery – What to Expect
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but once it leaves our warehouse, delivery times are out of our hands. Factors like courier delays, customs, and unforeseen circumstances may impact shipping times.
If you’re experiencing a lost, stolen, or delayed package, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Double-Check Your Shipping Address!
We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you accidentally entered an incorrect address and don’t notify us within 24 hours, we won’t be able to issue a refund or reship the order.
